Research Global Healthcare:
Clinical Case Reports, Patient Care, and Real-World Applications

Overview
Global healthcare systems face increasing challenges from chronic diseases, health inequities, and emerging medical needs that require evidence-based, real-world solutions. Translating research outcomes into practical clinical applications remains a critical bridge between science and patient outcomes.
This Special Issue of Health Research and Practice (HRP) focuses on clinical case reports, patient-centered interventions, and real-world implementation studies that contribute to the improvement of global healthcare delivery. We aim to gather diverse clinical perspectives and experiences that highlight innovation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and culturally tailored care.
Topics of Interest
We welcome case reports, clinical observations, short communications, and translational studies that address the following areas (but are not limited to):
- Clinical case reports across medical, surgical, and integrative health disciplines
- Patient-centered and precision care approaches
- Case studies on digital health applications (AI, telemedicine, wearable devices)
- Integrative and complementary medicine in clinical settings
- Health system innovations and multidisciplinary team-based care
- Evidence-based nursing and public health case studies
- Rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and palliative care models
- Global perspectives on culturally sensitive patient care
- Clinical trials or pilot implementations bridging lab to bedside
- Case-based ethical challenges and lessons in patient care
Submission Guidelines
Submission Deadline: December 15, 2025
Submit your manuscript through the HRP online submission system.
All manuscripts will undergo single-blind peer review.

Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
Accepted papers will be published promptly online and featured in this Special Issue.
