OVERVIEW

The Global Health Research Network (GHRN) was established to reduce disparities in global health and foster interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver practical solutions. Guided by this vision, we are proud to launch the inaugural issue of Healthcare Research and Practice (HRP). HRP is committed to bridging data-driven innovation with practice-oriented implementation, moving beyond theory to promote research that can be applied in real-world healthcare settings. As a translational research platform, HRP aims to connect technology with empathy, and data with experience.




Topics of Interest

Key areas of focus include:

  • Innovations in healthcare: emerging technologies, digital health, and data-driven approaches 
  • Prevention and management of diseases across diverse populations and healthcare systems 
  • Integrative health research, bridging biomedical, traditional, and community-based practices.
  • Health equity and accessibility, addressing social, economic, and geographical barriers 
  • Quality of life and well-being, including chronic conditions and population health challenges 
  • Translational and practice-oriented research that connects scientific discovery to real-world implementation


Submission Guidelines 

  • Deadline: August 1, 2025

  • Submission Portal: HRP Online Submission System

  • Peer Review: All manuscripts will undergo single-blind peer review

  • Article Types Accepted: Original Articles, Review Articles, Short Communications

  • Submitted manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere.

  • Accepted papers will be published promptly online and featured in this Special Issue.
